Gluten-Free Sun-Dried-Tomato Pesto
Ingredients
¼ Cup Toasted Pine Nuts
3 Ounces Sweet Onion
16 Halves, Sun Dried Tomatoes (jarred in Oil)
2 Large Garlic Cloves
¼ - ⅓ Cup Fresh Basil
½ Cup Olive Oil 
(or, ¼ cup of the oil from jarred Sun Dried Tomatoes, plus ¼ cup Olive Oil)

Directions

In food processor chop, onion, sun dried tomatoes, garlic and basil. Add pine nuts and roughly chop in food processor (want to only slightly chop the pinenuts).
