Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Cream-Cheese Frosting: A nutty addition to your favorite cakes and cupcakes.

Easily adapted to feature the flavor of your favorite nut-butter, this frosting goes well with chocolate cake and any other cake whose flavor is complemented by nuts.

Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Cream-Cheese Frosting
3	Ounces Cream Cheese
¾	Cup Peanut Butter
3	Tablespoons Butter
1	Teaspoon Vanilla
1¼	Cups Confectioners’ Sugar
  1. Place cream cheese, peanut butter, and butter (room temperature) into mixer and mix thoroughly.
  2. Add vanilla and sugar and mix until ingredients are evenly dispersed.
  3. Application — use a spatula and/or knife to apply to cake.
  4. (Optional) once your cake is frosted, shave an ounce or two of bittersweet chocolate over cake to create a bit of added visual appeal and a slight flavor enhancer.
