Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Cream-Cheese Frosting: A nutty addition to your favorite cakes and cupcakes.
Easily adapted to feature the flavor of your favorite nut-butter, this frosting goes well with chocolate cake and any other cake whose flavor is complemented by nuts.

3 Ounces Cream Cheese ¾ Cup Peanut Butter 3 Tablespoons Butter 1 Teaspoon Vanilla 1¼ Cups Confectioners’ Sugar
- Place cream cheese, peanut butter, and butter (room temperature) into mixer and mix thoroughly.
- Add vanilla and sugar and mix until ingredients are evenly dispersed.
- Application — use a spatula and/or knife to apply to cake.
- (Optional) once your cake is frosted, shave an ounce or two of bittersweet chocolate over cake to create a bit of added visual appeal and a slight flavor enhancer.
