8 Ounces Cream Cheese ½ Cup (1 Stick) Butter 1 Lemon (for Zest and roughly 2 Tablespoons of Juice) 3 Cups Powdered Sugar
- In mixing bowl, cream together butter and cream cheese.
- Add the zest and juice of one lemon.
- Add powdered sugar. Mix until smooth.
