Ingredients
1	Cup Heavy Cream
1	Cup Sugar
4	Tablespoons Butter
1	Teaspoon Vanilla
1½	Cups Unsweetened Medium Shredded Coconut
1	Teaspoon Cocoa
Directions
  1. Place all ingredients in a sauce pan; mix.
  2. Cook on medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until frosting thickens (6 minutes).
