Gluten-Free Chocolate Whipped Cream Frosting
2	Cups Semisweet Chocolate Chips
¾	Cup Milk
3	Tablespoons Butter
1	Cup Confectioners’ Sugar
⅓	Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  1. In microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate chips, milk and butter together for three minutes. Take out of microwave and stir until smooth consistency.
  2. Place in refrigerator to cool.
  3. Once cool, add remaining ingredients and mix with mixer until light and fluffy.
